With no window scraper in sight and a car encrusted in an inch thick of ice...guess what I did? Yep you got it. I pulled out one of the credit cards part of our below debt snowball and with the help of the warm air from the defroster I used it to clean every inch of ice from my windows and door openings. I couldn't help but laugh as I did it thinking that might have been the first useful thing my card had ever been used for. I realize that the credit card company would certainly disagree but I don't much care. My car is clean and I basically ruined the card so I was able to do 2 worthwhile things at once.

Thaks for the visual. I used Daddy's car key to pound at the ice on my car...I think that wold have made him angry if the key broke! But the credit card...I know you wouldn't mind so much if that broke! (which it basically did, right?)
Good use for it! Add that to the other useful things you can do with credit cards which include flip them between bike spokes, use them for target practice, scrape the bottom of the cat box, etc...
Anything other than what they are designed for! :)
